Ghost House was made possible by logistical support from Pro Bono Design, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting innovative design solutions for public urban spaces.   Pro Bono Design engages public institutions, private entities, and the community directly to realize projects that respond directly to the location and social context.

Architect Michele Cetera, president of Pro Bono Design generously donated his time and expertise to develop the design details and produce architectural plans for Ghost House.   Michele Cetera served as architect of record for the project and made it possible to secure the necessary permits from the NYC Department of Buildings.   Additionally, Michele Cetera's construction company, 458 Construction Company played a key role as the licensed contractor for the project by supervising the construction.
